You know while growing up, I would love to dismantle every toy/game/gadget at sight in an attempt to understand how and why they work the way they do and rebuild to full functionality. Just like everything in life, I succeeded at some and lost others. My broken toys were not enough to stop me, rather, I approached my next "experiment" with lessons from the failed ones to ensure success.
And that's how I landed up becoming a Business Analyst, I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technology and data. I create, scale and optimize business portfolios that matter. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes, building something that makes life easier and quickly adapting to new learnings.
I am AWS Certified and have 7 years of total experience, with 5 years in software development and testing. I have enjoyed all the positions throughout my career starting from supporting end users, coding, product management with customer handling, solution consultant, and now as a Business Analyst.
I aim to identify opportunities to grow, optimize, and improve an organization’s business processes by acting as a bridge between the technology domain and the business domain of an organization
I have enjoyed the process of creating and improving a product from its conception to its release. This process involves: Research, Market analysis, Concept creation, Prototyping, Testing.
With coming from Tech background, I clearly understand the challenges and concerns that comes with Project and Requirement Management, I always aim to minimize challenges by understanding requirement better and deliver Project with quality.
